Book came in condition advertised. Overall the book is well worth the cost. Book is direct and to the point. Probably useful to Architects/Structural Engineers/ Contractors working on historic buildings in the USA, but much of the text could be applied to historic or modern renovation in any country (taking into account local regulations on /5(4).
